Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to support our backend operations as an Administrative and Accounting Specialist. This role will span administration, accounts, HR, and client support, ensuring our finances are tracked, lifting crews are well-coordinated, and clients receive timely follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounts and/or admin support, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. They should be able to manage multiple tasks effectively, possess good communication skills, and be responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue quotations; follow up with clients on pending responses.
  • Handle data entry into the accounting system, issue invoices, and track payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for projects and expenses.
  • Arrange schedules and deployments for lifting crews.
  • Assist with recruitment, including arranging interviews and preparing contracts.
  • Maintain HR records (certifications, training, contracts, MOM requirements).
  • Support compliance documentation and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience in accounts and/or admin support.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with both clients and internal crew.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
