As a Emission Data Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of vessel emission data. This includes managing and verifying large datasets, as well as providing support to customers on environmental regulations in the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to environmental regulations and CO2 reporting via digital channels.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Utilize specialized tools to verify CO2 emissions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal units and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality support and services.
  • Participate in additional business-related tasks, such as global communication to internal and external stakeholders, maintenance of internal knowledge databases, or continuous improvement of operational tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Nautical Studies, Environmental Technologies, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry or shipping operations.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
  • Keen interest in data analysis, technical troubleshooting, and system investigation.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with GHG regulations and MARPOL Annex VI.
  • Understanding of ship systems (operational and technical).
  • Experience with CO2 emissions reporting systems (e.g., MRV, DCS).
