E-Learning Portal Content Manager

As a professional in E-Learning development, this role will focus on creating engaging experiences for users.
Job OverviewThe Marketing Executive will be responsible for overseeing the full video production process and ensuring the smooth operation of our E-learning portal. This includes managing video shooting and photography for all online training sessions, as well as supporting trainers in preparing equipment and setting up facilities for filming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the video production process from start to finish, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and post-production editing.
- Manage the e-learning platform, including updating content and maintaining user engagement.
- Collaborate with trainers to develop and implement effective learning journeys that meet business objectives.
- Apply expert knowledge of visual storytelling, camera settings, and lighting to achieve high-quality results.
- Ensure seamless transitions between video segments and maintain a cohesive visual style throughout the learning experience.
- Administer and maintain the e-learning platform to ensure smooth user experience.
- Administer training activities according to the local training schedule and business needs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Education, or related field with equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years' experience in video production and E-learning development.
- Crafting compelling narratives and designing interactive learning experiences.
