Roles & Responsibilities

Key Job Purpose:

  • You'll be supporting the full video production process and managing our E e-learning portal to deliver engaging training experiences.
  • Support full-cycle video production, focusing mainly on storyboarding and filming.
  • Administer and maintain the e-learning platform
  • Assemble, operate, and maintain cameras, lighting, microphones, live streaming gear, and other production equipment as needed.
  • Apply expert knowledge of lenses, filters, lighting, and camera settings to achieve the best visual results.
  • Manage video shooting and photography for all online training sessions.
  • Support trainers in preparing equipment and setting up facilities for filming.
  • Assist trainers during shoots by demonstrating and explaining proper equipment usage.
  • Maintain and update the local domain of the learning portal to ensure smooth user experience.
  • Administer training activities according to the local training schedule and business needs.
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by your superior.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Film, Media or equivalent
  • 2 – 3 years' experience in video filming
  • crafting storylines and designing learning journeys
