Job Title: Project Director - Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director - Senior Construction Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely delivery and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
