Job Title
Mechanical Process Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our process engineering group, you will play a vital role in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process-related problems using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC methodology.
• Coordinate and execute process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives, implementing changes at the process step.
• Lead/participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
• Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified, including new processes, tools, and/or materials for new product introduction.
• Train and guide technicians.
• Manage SPC/FDC and spares.
• Manage/audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives.
• Support internal and external audits.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Experience in or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and technologies.
Showcase leadership experience/potential.
Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred.
Experience in mechanical tooling is preferred.
Knowledge in AI/scripting is an added bonus.
Keen interest in the semiconductor industry.
