About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Professional to join our team at INCALL SYSTEMS PTE LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
  • Account Management: Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries, issues, and service requests.
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on client satisfaction and service performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of service delivery.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, and prepare regular reports on client account status and service performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Business
  • 1-2 years of sales account management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 40,000 - 60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and training opportunities.
