Job Title: SWIFT Messaging Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SWIFT messaging professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards, including MT/MX/ISO 20022, and experience working with the SWIFT product suite.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SWIFT connectivity, supporting message integration, and ensuring compliance with security standards. They will serve as the subject matter expert for SWIFT products and messaging platforms, configuring and managing SWIFTNet connectivity, VPN, TLS, and certificate lifecycles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for SWIFT messaging solutions and technical support.
  • Manage SWIFTNet connectivity and ensure seamless message integration.
  • Configure and implement SWIFT CSP controls in conjunction with security teams.
  • Investigate and resolve message rejections or connection issues.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams on OS hardening, firewall configurations, and secure channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of SWIFT messaging standards, including MT/MX/ISO 20022.
  • Familiarity with high-value payment systems (MEPS+, RTGS, CBPR+).
  • Expertise in RMA management, BIC configuration, and FIN/FileAct/InterAct channels.
  • Hands-on experience with SWIFT CSP implementation and annual attestation processes.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, incident response, and compliance audits.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix/Windows server administration, scripting, and system hardening.
  • Strong understanding of networking, firewall configuration, VPNs, and TLS security.
