Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated accounting professional to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in an accounting career and gain practical experience in day-to-day finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record financial transactions in Xero software.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
  • Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and cash flow statements.
  • Support GST submissions and help with tax-related documentation.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with Xero software is an advantage.
  • Minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team.
