Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data strategy efforts, driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organizational objectives, leveraging expertise in data analytics and technology.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a robust data strategy to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data delivery processes
  • Develop and implement data and technology operating models that encompass people, process, technology, and data
  • Provide thought leadership on the use of traditional or emerging technology tools
  • Lead various cross-functional engagement forums to ensure alignment on data strategy, dependencies, execution roadmaps, and delivery timelines

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Financial Services (either industry or consulting)
  • Understanding of how data strategies are created and implemented
  • Proven self-starter, able to identify needs and drive solutions
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
