Sprinto is seeking a seasoned Campaign Specialist to drive targeted campaigns that convert key accounts and Ideal Customer Profiles into a high-intent pipeline.
About the Role:- Execute targeted campaigns across channels such as email, outbound sales collaboration, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Market Operations teams to design campaigns driving results, moving prospects from early-stage engagement to sales-ready conversations.
- Operationalize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) by leveraging a full stack of tools and engaging all teams involved.
- Build and implement full-funnel campaigns targeted at high-value accounts.
- Partner with Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives to create coordinated plays enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
- Work closely with content, design, and product marketing teams to develop customized messaging and assets.
- Conduct A/B tests across different elements to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor account engagement and funnel progression to derive insights and refine targeting strategies.
- Report on campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation-related roles, particularly in campaign management within a B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Hands-on experience with campaign tools like HubSpot, Smartleads, and Clearbit.
- Understanding of sales-led funnel strategies and the B2B buying cycles, key personas, and Ideal Customer Profile-driven marketing.
- Strong collaboration skills across functions, working effectively with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
