Customer Service Supervisor Job

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bakery Customer Service Assistant to support our bakery operations.

This role involves tending to customers, taking their orders, and preparing pastries for collection. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be comfortable using the POS system, and have basic math skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tend to customers, take orders, and prepare pastries for collection
  • Supervise store staff, including cashiers and sales associates
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a clean and secure environment
  • Lead the team to achieve sales targets, develop promotional content, and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor store inventory, communicate with vendors, and maintain organized stock
