Job Title: Dental Clinic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Clinic Operations Manager to join our team at THE TOOTHBAR DENTAL PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our dental clinic, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.
  • Lead the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members, including dental assistants and administrative personnel.
  • Manage the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment, as well as ordering stocks and supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate patient registration, scheduling, and appointment management, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments, issue receipts and invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our clinic and services, both online and offline.
  • Assist with promotional events and digital campaigns, ensuring effective communication and engagement with our target audience.
  • Maintain accurate records of dental surgeon and dental assistant schedules, as well as staffing needs.
  • Perform dental assisting duties as required, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly financial reports, as well as CHAS/Medisave submissions, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Minimum education: Diploma/'O' levels, with a strong background in dental assisting and front desk experience in a clinic or dental setting.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing a healthcare facility or dental clinic, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, and dental management software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Good understanding of office management, finance, and marketing principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Able to work independently and responsibly, with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to excellence.
  • Long-term, permanent employment is preferred, with a commitment to career development and growth.
  • Ability to work on Saturdays, with a flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling.
  • Residency in Singapore is required, with a strong understanding of local regulations and requirements.
