Job Title: Accounts Executive - Full Set / Manufacturing Automation Industry
">Job Description:
- Manage a full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Evaluate and ensure timely completion of month-end closing processes and preparation of financial reports.
- Coordinate the posting of journal entries and adjustment entries.
- Maintain close monitoring of cash flow and oversee bank transactions.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax agents to address their requirements.
- Support the year-end audit process and prepare required schedules.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations, such as IRAS and GST requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and systematic filing of financial records.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in SAP B1 or other ERP systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Bonus points for knowledge of SFRS or IFRS.
