Power Feed Systems Operations Leader

As a seasoned operations leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of power feed equipment systems.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of operations professionals to build and operate power feed equipment in a data center or technical facility environment.
  • Develop and implement operational standards for power feed equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to operations staff on power feed system operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in power feed equipment systems, including building and operating.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams at an operational level in a data center or technical facility environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in contract management and commercial negotiation.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, active listening, and project management skills.
