Job Title:
Retail Assistant - West Store

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team at the West Store. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with stock inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and restocking shelves
• Assist with stock inventory management by processing receipts, returns, and exchanges
• Perform other retail duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:
• Minimum N/O/A levels
• Able to commit to working retail hours, including shifts as rostered by supervisor
• Team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to 3 Months duration
