We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Transformation Officer to lead our technology delivery team at SINGAPORE LIFE LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of technology projects within agreed time, scope, and budget.

About the Role- Oversight of the Technology Change programme, encompassing Infrastructure, Information Systems, and Application Platforms.
This role ensures timely and efficient project delivery, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors. You will be responsible for managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and allocating resources effectively to ensure project success within financial constraints.
Key Responsibilities- Project Initiation: Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate technical effort and costs for budget approval, including annual technology budget planning.
- Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, defining project charter, work breakdown structure, project schedule, and resource requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, both internal and external, maintaining effective communication and building strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success within financial constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, monitoring and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution.
- Project Execution: Oversee project activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, while liaising with vendors to deliver the project.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure infrastructure projects meet established standards and specifications.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, financial records, change orders, and other relevant project-related information.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to achieve project objectives.
- Project Closure: Ensure proper project closure, including finalizing contracts, conducting project evaluations, capturing lessons learned, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
- Independent problem-solving and proactive approach in resolving challenges.
- Facilitate discussions among all stakeholders to resolve problems.
- Able to handle tight timelines and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing people, programs/major IT projects, and processes.
The estimated salary for this position is between $180,000 to $250,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
