Job Title: Mechanical Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our mechanical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop project strategies, schedules, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Guarantee project completion within designated timeframes and budget
  • Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced engineers
  • Evaluate and endorse engineering designs and related documentation
  • Estimate costs, distribute drawings with workflow details, and liaise with clients
  • Generate and manage technical documents such as drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with technological developments and industry trends
  • Ensure adherence to industry norms and regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Proficiency in CAD and CAE software
  • Knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes
