Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented professional to join our retail team as a Customer Service Representative.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for all customers.

  • Deliver personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the store is well-presented at all times
  • Handle cashiering duties and process transactions accurately

Requirements:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven with a passion for achieving targets
  • Positive attitude, team player, and professional appearance
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
