Looking for a challenging opportunity in manufacturing process optimization? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as we scale up the production of chemical solutions.

About the Role

This is a unique chance to be part of a 1-year traineeship program, working closely with industry experts and developing your skills in a real-world setting. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, validating scalability, and facilitating technology transfer from laboratory research to commercial manufacturing.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of the project, including process development, quality control, and supply chain management. Your expertise will be essential in helping us achieve our goals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Validate scalability of processes to ensure successful commercialization
  • Facilitate technology transfer from laboratory research to commercial manufacturing
  • Work closely with industry experts and develop skills through hands-on experience
