Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead fundraising efforts and develop effective strategies to meet the university's goals. Key responsibilities include planning, developing, and implementing campaigns to maximize long-term value and foster strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and business leaders.

">Responsibilities:
  • Develop campus-wide or school gift opportunities
  • Create proposals to match donor interests with university needs
  • Interact with business and community leaders to increase program participation
  • Strategically advance the university's most important relationships
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in fundraising, business development, CRM, and communications
  2. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships and achieve organizational goals
  3. Proven ability to negotiate at high levels with resilience and positivity under pressure
  4. Knowledge of fundraising principles and major wealth sources in Singapore and Asia
