Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fundraising Executive to join our Marketing & Fundraising team. This junior to mid-level role is ideal for anyone eager to make an impact in the non-profit sector. You will support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and event coordination to help sustain our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.

· Support the development of fundraising materials, including proposals, reports, and social media content.

· Maintain donor databases and ensure accurate records of donations and engagements.

· Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, including liaising with vendors, partners, and volunteers.

· Conduct research on potential donors, grants, and sponsorship opportunities.

· Provide administrative support to the Fundraising team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

· Passion for mental health advocacy and the non-profit sector.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.

· Experience in event planning, and fundraising is a plus but not required.
