Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned EHS professional to lead our regional EHS efforts in Southeast Asia and Australia. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in EHS roles and a strong understanding of local regulations.

  • Lead EHS initiatives and oversee all Environment, Health & Safety matters in the region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor to internal stakeholders on EHS-related issues.
  • Develop and implement EHS roadmaps and action plans to achieve performance goals and metrics.
  • Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with local EHS laws, company policies, building safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Establish EHS performance indicators and drive the adoption of best practices for safe work procedures.
  • Deliver internal EHS training, conduct risk assessments, and perform safety audits.
  • Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective or preventive actions to reduce recurrence.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in EHS roles.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations across Southeast Asia and Australia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Professional EHS certifications are preferred.
