Senior Leadership Role in APAC Health and Functional Solutions

In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the strategic direction of our health and functional solutions business in the Asia Pacific region.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and Executing Growth Strategies:
  • Design and implement global sales strategies to drive profitable growth in line with the company's overall objectives
  • Create Account Development Plans (ADPs) to boost sales and profitability for key accounts with high potential
  • Foster strong partnerships with key clients, including senior-level relationships
  • Leverage push initiatives to propel business growth
Ensuring Successful Execution:
  • Commercialize our established product catalog in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Oversee global demand planning coordination, price negotiations, and other sales activities within your area of responsibility
  • Initiate, manage, and monitor critical projects across technical, marketing, and portfolio management departments
Cultivating a High-Performing Team and Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Lead a sales team with full account and business management accountability to protect and grow designated assets
  • Collaborate effectively with global functions in the Ingredients Business Unit and the Sales organization
  • Maintain an active role in the leadership team, driving strategic decisions and business outcomes

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. Business Acumen:
  • Possess a deep understanding of relevant market dynamics, products, and business trends
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing sales teams and areas internationally
Skill Set:
  • Strategic thinking and change management abilities
  • Effective people management skills, fostering teamwork and resolving conflicts constructively
  • Strong communication and networking skills, with ability to work in a multicultural matrix environment
  • Knowledge of key account/segment/region/country/category insights, including market conditions, competitive landscapes, and financial potential
