Job Description

This is a dynamic role within The GMP Group that requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.

  1. Filing and Reporting
  • We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage and maintain accurate records, including filing documents and reports in a timely manner.
  • You will be responsible for preparing IT-related reports, which may include verifying and posting charges, as well as communicating with patients regarding billing discrepancies.
  • In addition, you will prepare statistics and reports for supervisors, providing valuable insights into our laboratory's operations.
  1. Procurement and Administration
  • As part of this role, you will assist in the procurement process by requesting quotations from vendors and preparing purchase requisitions.
  • You will also be responsible for receiving goods purchased into departmental stores, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are accurately documented.
  • An additional responsibility will be to identify and rectify delivery and invoice discrepancies, ensuring that our inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
  1. Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with good laboratory practice, as set out by the Laboratory Accreditation Programme of the College of American Pathologists and Singapore regulatory agencies.
  • You will also be required to adhere to DLM Workplace Etiquette in line with our organization's Core Values.
