Job Title: Guest Relations Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Officer to join our team at DOO PAYMENT SG PTE. LTD.

Job Summary

The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to work collaboratively with various departments to resolve guest issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate online and phone sales to meet set goals and objectives
  • Handle customer contact via telephone, email, live chat, and other media from customers in the SEA region
  • Deliver brand information to customers and collect valuable feedback to improve our services
  • Process customer data accurately and securely in our systems
  • Escalate system issues to team leaders in a timely manner and report findings for system improvement
  • Identify customer satisfaction trends and report findings to team leaders
  • Follow company policies and procedures and represent the Group in a professional image at all times
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests
  • Provide information to guests on resort services and assist with call coordination
  • Ensure all calls are handled promptly and professionally
  • Knowledge of Chinese dialect is essential for assisting Chinese guests
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Preferably 1-2 years' experience in Integrated resorts, Airlines, or Hospitality Management
  • Pleasant and friendly mannerisms with the ability to treat people with respect
  • Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
  • Proficiency in Chinese dialect to communicate fluently with Chinese guests
