Steel Structure QA Specialist

We are seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Steel Structure Quality Assurance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel structure building projects, including high-rise towers, steel buildings, stadiums, and long-span roofs.
The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring that all work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant standards and codes. This includes verifying reports submitted by steel subcontractors, inspecting bolt installations before steel column erection, and conducting quality audits in collaboration with the Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review procedures, material submittals, and other documentation related to structural steel works.
- Develop and approve method statements and ITPs for steel structures and related activities.
- Inspect incoming raw materials and maintain records for fabrication materials.
- Conduct welder qualification tests and oversee PQR preparation and approval.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel structure building projects.
- Proven ability to evaluate, organize, and prioritize workload within schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certification is required.
- Preferably, hold a Structural Steel Supervisor certificate issued by SSSS.
