Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our office space, including supervision of cleaning vendors and contractors.
    • Monitor and manage office equipment and service contracts, ensuring timely renewals and maintenance.
    • Purchase and replenish stationery and supplies as needed.
  • Visitor and Guest Services
    • Ensure the smooth operation of our main entrance, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Receive and respond to inquiries from guests, visitors, and colleagues.
    • Facilitate the receipt and delivery of mail and packages.
  • Staff Wellness and Engagement
    • Restock basic pantry supplies and organize healthy eating initiatives.
    • Support social and staff engagement events, including logistics coordination.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Order get-well and congratulatory items as needed.
    • Raise purchase orders and validate invoices.
    • Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with audit guidelines.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in similar office or administrative roles.
  • Minimum ITE or Polytechnic Diploma.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools.
