Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Expert to support our team. This role involves providing operational support to network infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues and conducting root cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and test network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Manage change requests through the established process, including requirement gathering, impact analysis and testing
- Provide technical documentation support to project teams and hand over as-built system documentation to maintenance teams
- Respond promptly to incidents, perform root cause analysis and provide temporary and/or permanent resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering
- 2 years of experience in configuring and administering routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers
- Good understanding of network systems, architecture, routing and switching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
