Network Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking a skilled Network Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of network infrastructure design, implementation, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network structures in various environments, including LAN, WAN, and VLAN.
  • Configure hardware devices and ensure optimal network performance.
  • Implement security measures, such as firewalls and access controls.
  • Maintain virtual machine environments and support network systems.
  • Install and configure server operating systems and perform system administration tasks.
  • Manage backup and storage systems, ensuring data integrity and availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to work in a team environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Disciplined and organized, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Cisco or equivalent network technologies and certifications a plus.
  • Knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud technologies and certifications a plus.
  • Experience with Synology or equivalent storage technologies and certifications a plus.
  • Familiarity with cabling and fibre-related standards and certifications a plus.
