About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our tea service team. As a Tea Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every guest feels valued and catered to.

  • Provide outstanding service to customers by attending to their queries with a smile and offering detailed information about our menu and related topics.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks with precision and speed while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Efficiently set up and clear down operations to ensure seamless service flow throughout the day.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the outlet manager to minimize waste and optimize stock management.
  • Regularly communicate with the outlet manager on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the Food and Beverage industry, preferably in a similar position.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
