Job Title: Assistant Manager, Finance Operations

This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance operations team as an Assistant Manager. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including daily monitoring and reconciliation of incoming and outgoing funds in addition to handling financial data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accurate accounting records
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement budgets and forecasts to support business growth
  • Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance operations or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
