We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced air conditioning specialist to lead our installation, maintenance, and repair teams across various projects.
- Responsible for the upkeep and servicing of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Diagnose and rectify issues with air conditioning units, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split units, and centralized HVAC systems.
- Supervise junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through regular system checks and audits.
- Liaise professionally with clients to assess and fulfill their air conditioning requirements.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician with at least 10+ years of experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
- Vocational or technical certification in HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license (if required for field work).
- EPA or equivalent certification (optional).
