Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cleanroom Building Hardware Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the semiconductor cleanroom building hardware is well-maintained, performing routine checks and repairs of building fittings and fixtures, as well as coordinating with external contractors/vendors to resolve any issues.

  • Maintenance and upkeep of lifts, cranes, and other equipment
  • General maintenance of buildings and surrounding areas
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on cleanroom building hardware
  • Troubleshoot and repair faults in building fittings and fixtures
  • Coordinate with external vendors to address any technical issues
  • Ensure general upkeep of buildings and surroundings

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years' experience in maintaining semiconductor manufacturing building hardware
  • Technical expertise in mechanical/electrical systems
  • Able to work effectively during urgent situations
