**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Cleanroom Operations Specialist to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our cleanroom facilities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cleanroom maintenance and operations, proficiency in AutoCAD, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues with cleanliness and organization in the cleanroom facility.
  • Develop and implement plans to maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the cleanroom facility.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all equipment and materials are properly stored and maintained.
  • Provide training to employees on cleanroom procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report any deviations from established cleaning and organization procedures.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Hands-on experience with cleanroom maintenance and operations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret technical drawings used in engineering and installation.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with the ability to engage both internal departments and external clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is required to liaise with Japan headquarters and interpret technical documentation provided in Japanese.
