IT Systems Enhancement Expert

We are seeking a skilled IT System Manager to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide on-site integrated systems management service support.
    • Manage stakeholders in meetings and ensure effective communication.
    • Oversee the maintenance of system(s) to meet key performance indicators (KPI) or service level agreements (SLA).
    • Ensure adequate governance is in place to maintain compliance status and adherence to applicable standards, policies, and guidelines.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to review policy changes and prepare for audits.
    • Conduct security reviews, mitigate, and patch security vulnerabilities to eliminate or minimize risk exposure and improve cyber resiliency.
    • Drive digital transformation and manage technology refresh projects.
