Job Title: Performing Artiste Manager

About the Role:

As a Performing Artiste Manager at CLUB 29 JAPANESE LOUNGE PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in the success of our artists. Your primary responsibility will be to advocate for their mental and physical health, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional performances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts for local and foreign performing artists, ensuring fair terms and conditions.
• Maintain and update weekly routine performances, ensuring seamless execution.
• Handle interpersonal conflicts between artists, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Enforce contract terms, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
• Oversee the administrative tasks of the performer, including reporting to management.
