About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Junior Barista. As a key representative of our brand's offline experience, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service that delights and inspires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide thoughtful recommendations.
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages to high standards.
  • Warm and serve pastries and light refreshments.
  • Operate the POS system accurately for orders and payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the café and workstation.
  • Perform daily opening and closing duties, including clearing, cleaning, and restocking.
  • Ensure regular care and maintenance of coffee equipment.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth café operations.
  • Support special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and warm personality.
  • Passion for coffee and creating meaningful customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn and grow with a willingness to develop barista and service skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of barista experience preferred (training provided) but not a requirement.
  • Possess a valid Food Hygiene certificate.
