Job Description:

As a vital team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Maintain high-quality food preparation and handling standards at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workstations, and café environment.
  • Perform POS and cashiering transactions.

In addition to these responsibilities, our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
