Job Title: Regulatory Specialist - Document Review

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Specialist to join our team. As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the business in the preparation of documents for periodic review.
  • Perform periodic reviews including client outreach, due diligence checks, and corroboration of KYC information submitted by clients.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within stipulated timelines with accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 1.5 to 4 years' experience in document review in a banking environment.
  • Ability to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into operational procedures.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Logical and structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong sense of ownership with ability to operate under minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Anti-Money Laundering or CAMS certification.
