Outlet Supervisor Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our team in achieving sales and operational targets. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of promotions and marketing campaigns through collaboration with our Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage your team to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Promotion Execution: Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Implement Standard Operating Procedures for customer service delivery, billing control, and external risk management.
  • Customer Feedback: Develop customers feedback form and customer recovery procedures for constant tracking of customer satisfaction level.
  • Manpower Planning: Accurately estimate the manpower needs of each outlet and plan weekly duty roster.
  • Training and Development: Organize orientation program for new hires and conduct modular trainings for new hires and existing staff.
  • Renovation: Responsible for the renovation of the KTV outlet rooms.

Requirements:

  • Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess leadership/managerial skills.
  • Customer Orientation: Customer-oriented and problem solver.
  • Industry Experience: Have operational experience in the entertainment industry or related fields.
