Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Inpatient Ward Associate. This is a 2-year contract position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  1. Admission Procedure: The successful candidate will be responsible for performing admission procedures, coordinating with the Bed Management Unit for bed booking and reservation, and ensuring a smooth transition for patients.
  2. Patient Support: As part of our patient-centric approach, the associate will provide assistance to patients when needed, answering their queries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a ward environment.
  • Skillset: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
