Procurement Strategist: A Leader in Procurement Excellence
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Procurement Strategist to lead our procurement function and drive excellence across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing procurement strategies that deliver cost savings, improve efficiency, and enhance supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with corporate objectives and project needs.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve procurement policies, procedures, and standard operating practices to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Lead supplier governance, risk management, and ethical sourcing practices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years' procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement policies, processes, and contract management.
- Proven track record in leading digital procurement initiatives (ERP, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Ivalua, or equivalent platforms).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
