Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer - Refrigeration Specialist to join our team at Polytroniks PTE. LTD. in East. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers in the refrigeration industry.

Salary & Benefits
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including basic pay, bonus, and allowance.

Job Description
The successful candidate will have a minimum Diploma in engineering qualification and a minimum 3 years' experience in the semicon industry. You will be proficient in Microsoft office, web design, and 2D drawing. Strong analytical mind, good problem-solving, independent, goal-driven, customer-centric with good oral & written skills, hand-on with a can-do attitude are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the manager, perform service activities related to refrigeration chillers
* Working with chillers to support maintenance, commission, service, install, retrofit, and repair
* Involve in sales schedule planning & prepare reports for management's review
* Maintain the sales service quality and timeliness of answers to customer's questions & problems
* Manage assets that are devoted to supporting sales service efforts including facilities, vehicle, equipment, and parts inventory
* Develop new design, sales & service opportunities and provide sales service support to existing clients
* Travel to perform sales service locally & overseas and provide support as and when required
* Coordinate and support contractors

Requirements:
* Min Diploma in engineering qualification
* Minimum 3 years' experience in semicon industry
