We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team. This role involves delivering intuitive and user-centric interface designs that enhance the overall user experience across digital platforms.

  • Create high-fidelity visual designs, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure designs are both visually compelling and functionally effective, aligned with established design systems and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of professional experience as a UI Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role. They will be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles.
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms with attention to detail in typography, layout, colour, and iconography.

This role requires excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The designer will collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, and developers to deliver polished, user-focused designs that balance functionality with visual appeal.

  • Familiarity with Agile development environments and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design excellence and user-centred design solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will participate in user testing sessions, collect feedback, and iterate designs based on user insights and stakeholder input.
