Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled procurement professional to manage the procurement process, ensuring that high-quality goods and services are secured at competitive prices.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives by developing strong supplier relationships and continuously analyzing market trends. They will also be essential in optimizing procurement strategies, enhancing cost savings, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, including requisitioning, ordering, and receiving goods and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate activities for timely delivery from suppliers, particularly in regions such as Asia.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement or a similar position, training will be provided.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
