Job Title:

Data Architect Lead


Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect Lead to craft and implement cutting-edge data strategies that drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing, as well as a deep understanding of data governance and architecture best practices.


Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop enterprise-level data architectures, encompassing data models, databases, and data warehouses.
Establish and enforce data standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to decipher business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Architect and implement data integration, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
Ensure data quality, security, and scalability across the organization.
Evaluate and recommend data management tools, technologies, and platforms.
Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to foster data-driven initiatives.
Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in data architecture and technologies
Prior experience in Public Services is highly desirable but not mandatory
Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, intervening to resolve problems directly when necessary.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role.
Deep expertise in data modeling, database design (relational and non-relational), and data warehousing.
Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data integration technologies.
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is highly valued.
