Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team at INTEGRIX SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. as an Administrative Assistant - HR. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR department, handling a range of tasks including general administration, HR, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • HR Support
    • Handle HR tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and staff onboarding.
  • Financial Transactions
    • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and bank reconciliation.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
    • Comfortable with multitasking.
    • Maintains confidentiality.
    • Meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.
