Student Care Centres Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Student Care Centres team.

As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality student care and enrichment programmes.

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our Student Care Centres, ensuring that we maintain high service standards and achieve excellent enrolment numbers.

The successful candidate will supervise timely fee collection, minimise bad debts, and oversee major purchases for centre renovation and maintenance.

  • Achieve/maintain high enrolment numbers year-on-year for student re-registration

Staff Management and Development

The Student Care Centres Leader will coach and support Centre Supervisors and staff to deliver quality student care and enrichment programmes.

This includes ensuring all personnel receive ongoing training in curriculum, pedagogy, and customer service.

Marketing, Branding, and Customer Relationship

The Student Care Centres Leader will drive the branding and marketing of our Student Care Unit, maintaining effective communication with parents via regular centre updates.

This includes conducting and sharing findings from customer satisfaction surveys and building long-term partnerships with various stakeholders.
