Technical Service Leader

Job Description

The role of Technical Service Leader will lead our team of Solutions Architects in ASEAN, driving technical excellence across the region.

In this position, you will develop and maintain relationships with CrowdStrike partners and key focus partners in ASEAN, and drive execution of a technical services strategy.

You will also maintain current knowledge of new and emerging trends in the cloud market, prepare and deliver stage presentations, and conduct security assessments to drive sales opportunities.

Additionally, you will lead a team of Solutions Architects, building their skills and expertise in delivering CrowdStrike technical services.

This is a hands-on presales role for the Singapore market, working closely with the sales and product teams.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with CrowdStrike partners and key focus partners in ASEAN
  2. Drive execution of a technical services strategy
  3. Maintain current knowledge of new and emerging trends in the cloud market
  4. Prepare and deliver stage presentations
  5. Conduct security assessments to drive sales opportunities
  6. Lead a team of Solutions Architects, building their skills and expertise in delivering CrowdStrike technical services
  7. Work closely with the sales and product teams

Requirements
  • 10+ years experience in a technical role
  • 5+ years experience in cybersecurity
  • Good knowledge of Security Design Architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP model, Network Security and Protocols
  • Knowledge of CrowdStrike technologies
  • Team leadership experience
  • Ability and comfort to deliver impactful stage presentations to mid to large audiences
